For over 15 years, I’ve been on the front lines of leadership, organizational development, and culture transformation in industries where change isn’t optional — it’s constant. Healthcare administration and operations, Human Resources, and non-profit sectors - you name it. Through it all, one truth remains clear: when you unlock the potential within your people, you unlock the future of your organization.
Today, I lead a powerhouse consultancy built to do exactly that.
My Story
My journey into leadership and change management began witnessing firsthand how resilient leadership changed lives in healthcare settings.
After over 20 years inside organizations — building teams, leading through crises, mentoring new leaders — I knew I wanted to catalyze change on a larger scale.
